About Us

The Saskatoon & Region Home Builders' Association has been the voice of the residential construction industry in Saskatoon and surrounding areas for over sixty years. Members of the Association strive for the highest standards of professionalism in the industry through ongoing education and training. The Association is moving forward on a public education program to promote employment and careers in the residential construction industry. Our members take pride in their work whether renovating, building a new home, or decorating and are diligent in maintaining high standards and a quality reputation in the residential construction industry, and are dedicated to Building Homes and Building Communities.

The Association also promotes housing affordability and choice in housing, and continues to seek solutions to many challenging issues such as labour shortages, rising material costs, government levies, fees and transaction costs, and unnecessary and time consuming bureaucratic red tape among other issues. Our industry remains vital to the local and provincial economies and our Association will continue to serve the members and the industry through our continuous action on business and policy issues.

As the industry continues to grow and improve more and more every year, the Association will continue to work vigilantly to ensure that Saskatoon and Central Saskatchewan excel in helping make our province a better place to live and raise a family.
