AFFORDABLE NEW HOME DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION
What is the foundation?
The Affordable New Home Development Foundation is a non-profit organization with a Board of Directors drawn from the community, the Saskatoon & Region HBA, the City of Saskatoon and other interested professional and community groups.
The purpose of the Foundation is to identify people that would like to become homeowners and are not able to access the traditional housing marketplace. The Foundation works with builders, land developers, governments and others to reduce the cost of new homes and to develop alternative forms of home ownership.
All new homes marketed by the Foundation are constructed by builder members of the Saskatoon & Region HBA and are backed by a third-party warranty to offer the maximum in quality construction and consumer protection.
The foundation provides ownership support in identifying potential new home purchasers who are not able to access the traditional housing marketplace.

How do I apply?
- Fill out a Registration form, which will help us stay in touch with you from now until you get your new home. The information you provide helps us understand your housing needs.
- When new homes that meet your needs become available, or are being planned, we will set up an information meeting with you to discuss your new home options.
